GetYourTutors provides tutoring services as described on our website. All tutors are independent contractors. GetYourTutors is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or quality of tutors, though we maintain high standards through our vetting and review process.
Payment for tutoring services is due as specified when booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellation and refund procedures. Cancellation requests must be made according to the timelines specified in that policy.
GetYourTutors shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or restrictions, civil unrest, utility or telecommunications failures, severe weather events, or other acts of God. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will use reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable. If the disruption continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected services without penalty.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from the courts of Dubai.
